She recalls, “I went in one day to help answer phones and I never left.” The family is close, both at work and at home. “We spend a lot of time together, having dinner, taking day trips with our kids and just being together,” she said. Being raised in a family that is close, with people who truly care about each other, has carried over into business, she added.
