The company began in 1987 by Victor Sr., and Joe Paci, and after Joe retired, Victor Jr., who had been working part-time, became a partner. Then his sister, Nadine, joined in. She recalls, “I went in one day to help answer phones and I never left.” The family is close, both at work and at home. “We spend a lot of time together, having dinner, taking day trips with our kids and just being together,” she said. Being raised in a family that is close, with people who truly care about each other, has carried over into business, she added. “Our attitude in life and in business is the same, which means better service to our customers. We treat people like people. ”Winning the “Best Around”, poll for so many years in a row must mean that customers feel the same way.
